The Polygon

Site Launch - 2026.8.21

Hey, everyone. I'm Buhuiqumingdexie. Today, the website is finally live. Behind the scenes, I'm working on an animated project-hand-drawn style. I don't know if it'll go smoothly, but I hope it will

Holy shit! School's about to start! Well... I'm still a student, which kinda sucks. But the site is pretty much up and running, and I'm pretty happy about that. Anyway, that's all my rambling for now

See ya

I'm Fixing Fixing Fixing - 2026.8.21 - 12:00 AM

Fixed the wrong navigation link on the website

In the Japanese interface, clicking the "News" link will automatically redirect to the Simplified Chinese version of the News

UI Tweaks - 2026.8.21 - 9:00 AM

I made a small change to the main page: added a reminder in the introduction section - "This animation has a total of 8 episodes, each typically lasting 20 to 30 minutes."

…and a few other minor issues

Fixed Bugs and Made Changes - 2026.08.22 - 9:00 PM

To be honest, this guy seems way too active, I guess...

Fixed the issue where clicking on the Japanese version from the Chinese interface would automatically redirect to the main page. Also added a download link for VCD, and a few other minor issues

Fixes, New Stuff, Bad News and Good News - 2026.08.30 - 6 PM

Hey, it's me again, Buhuiqumingdexie
Today I've got some bad news - I have to go back to school, so tomorrow I'll be heading off
I know it's kinda sad, but here's the good news: the warning notice for the Chinese version is already illustrated, just like I showed in the screenshot

warning zh

It looks pretty rough, I tried using plain text before but it always felt like something was missing, so I drew this instead

Also, I've added VCD support to the encoding options - yeah, pretty retro - along with a few minor tweaks

Changes to the Website and Things Discussed - 2026.09.13 - 11 PM

Hey, friends, it's Buhuiqumingdexie again. This message is about fixing website errors and sharing some thoughts.

Fixed the "6 to 7 PM" issue mentioned in the Chinese version. Also, the music production chain has been switched to OpenMPT - this thing is a Tracker music maker, and it's easy to learn, so I used it.

Then, about my decision. Back when I saw this video (around 5:37), I thought if anatomy can be used for drawing, then I want to practice anatomy. But I forgot - this is something you only learn in university, and I'm not a doctor, not a medical major, I'm just a middle schooler. Deciding this was so ridiculous.

Obviously I was just overwhelmed by this thing, looking for another way to practice drawing. At the time I told AI about my decision, and AI was satisfied with my suggestion. But of course, that was just me talking. AI immediately assumed I was actually practicing anatomy. Clearly AI can't tell the difference between a statement and reality, lol

For anatomy, you need a lot of safety measures, like washing hands before, wearing gloves, etc. And I don't have much anatomy experience, plus I think anatomy has a heavy psychological burden, because you have to face a corpse, and you have to endure the stench and stuff.

That's why I decided not to do it. Anyway, my little essay is done.
